Hi, I’m El! I'm excited to have recently joined the department as a Student Recruitment Intern after completing three years of a BA in History at the º£½ÇÉçÇø of Sheffield. In my role, I travel around the UK, promoting the º£½ÇÉçÇø and Higher Education at career fairs, delivering talks, and assisting with campus visits.

Before this, I served as a Senior Student Ambassador throughout my time at university, engaging in a wide range of outreach programs, open days, and on-campus events. I’m passionate about sharing the incredible experiences I had at the º£½ÇÉçÇø of Sheffield with prospective students and highlighting the city that I’ve grown to love. Originally from Cambridge, I ventured up North for my studies and have since decided I’m here to stay!

In my spare time, you’ll find me rowing with my university team at Damflask Reservoir—early mornings rewarded with breathtaking sunrises—or working out at the º£½ÇÉçÇø gym. I also love walking in the Peaks, especially when it ends with a good book in hand.
