Description

Join our speech and language therapy session to learn more about the profession and the undergraduate course at Sheffield.

We'll take a deep dive into the support that speech and language therapists offer to children with speech sound difficulties and you'll have the chance to speak to current students and pick up some top tips for applying.

Speech and Language Therapy - Child Speech Acquisition

This is an exciting opportunity to learn more about the speech and language therapy profession and the undergraduate course at the º£½ÇÉçÇø of Sheffield.

You'll hear how speech and language therapists support speech sound difficulties in children (which is one of the many areas speech and language therapists can work in) and you will have the opportunity to meet current speech and language therapy students and ask them any questions you might have about studying at Sheffield.

This session is suitable for students in years 12 and 13.

It really gave a good feel of what the subject is like to study. It was also helpful in what to include in your personal statement and overall what studying at Sheffield is like. Also very helpful if you have any questions.
