Tai Chi Course
Our acclaimed Tai Chi course which explores Qigong and training in the Chen style of Tai Chi is ready to welcome you. Come and shake off the stress of daily life with us!

A?bout the art of Tai Chi:
The original system of Tai Chi was developed as an internal form of martial arts. However, as the need for self defence lessened and the health benefits of Tai Chi have become apparent, most people now practise it solely for health reasons. Tai Chi is gentle, graceful and often described as ‘meditation in motion’, but when used as a martial art it is deceptively powerful. Age is no barrier and it can be practised by everyone.
There are many health benefits to the practice of Tai Chi. These include relief from various conditions and general physical benefits such as joint mobility, improved posture, ligament and muscle strength, improved balance and the aiding of concentration. Ongoing research is adding to our knowledge about the benefits of Tai Chi.
